I bought a train Valco Rebel second hand. I get it without the rain cover from tear. Does anyone know if the other rain cover will fit? I tried Valco Runabout rain cover. That does not fit exactly, but ok. I do not want to buy one since the $ 30.00. Does anyone know the generic rain cover will fit?

My child will be 14 months old when new baby arrives, I have seen on e-bay and see the Valco side by side stroller that you can put a toddler seat, too. Does anyone really use any of this? How does it feel to push, fold down etc? I dont want to spend a lot of money to know that no good!
